You automated the half that wasn't the bottleneck. AI writes and sends 500 messages, but who you send to decides whether any land. A GTM engineer at a voice AI company watches for new voice-role postings. Voice isn't a product most companies have, so hiring for it means someone decided to build it. Same logic for you: support QA, evaluation, or ops roles where the description mentions review backlogs, inconsistent scoring, or coaching at scale. Then read what those support leaders say in their LinkedIn comments, not their profiles, and open with what they described. Try it on 50 accounts first.

Ask another question…

An outbound lead selling an AI QA and evaluation product to customer-support teams asks why 500 AI-written messages to prospective companies earn almost no replies. Cadrian searches the interview corpus directly, reviews six role-level profiles, keeps three recommendations in the visible tool history, and proposes a controlled test of evidence-led targeting against the current list.

What are you actually trying to solve?

You’re on the list. One sentence helps us choose who to interview and what to ask, so we can come back with something that actually answers it.

A few things you might be wondering.

What does Cadrian actually do?

Cadrian interviews AI-first people around the question you’re trying to solve. What we learn goes into an answer for you, not into a lab dataset.

Who do you interview?

People who have transformed a sales motion with AI and can explain exactly what changed: the workflow, the time it removed, and what improved. The role depends on your question.

Why would they reveal their playbook?

Because we pay them for the interview. We ask for the details that usually stay private: what they tried, what failed, and what actually saved time.

How do I get an answer?

Leave your email and the question you’re trying to solve. If the relevant interviews are already in the corpus, we answer from them. If not, we interview the people who can fill the gap.

Do you talk about other AI sales tools?

Yes. We’re neutral about the tools themselves. If someone in the corpus has genuinely benefited from one, we’ll tell you what they used and what changed. We won’t recommend a tool just because it exists, and we don’t take paid partnerships.
